I have used evernote before but found it to be too restrictive in the number of notes I can make per month.
Just recently, I found amplify to collect my recipes without any hassle at all. You can see more info at http://lunaed.amplify.com/

does Evernote work for you? I think that's a great idea!
You could try to use Evernote:

It will also synch with your phone and PC so you can have that available at the kitchen.
Basically what it does is take a snapshot of something that you saw and liked and store it in your personal "Note Inbox" (my own term) from where you can retrieve it anytime any place.
