How can I fix a mxvcr100.dll error in Windows?

How can I get rid of msvcr100.dll error. Everyone said download this file and paste it to system32, but after doing this the error still occurs saying that msvcr100.dll couldn’t be located in dynamic link library.

Please help me!

    Hello, that error happens when you are missing Microsoft Visual C++. If you are wondering how you got that file, or you do not remember installing it is because it is usually installed with Netframework. It is usually downloaded as a windows update. Try going to the following link and download the package.
