this is a link to download xampp but there won't be any 64bit versions. just install this and it works fine too. I work with it in my desktop with Windows 7 64bit.

I have tried the solution proposed by ha14 in another post here, and it works great.
You can't. Even looking at the individual components in the package, there aren't 64-bit versions of Apache, PHP, etc. for Windows machines. If you want 64-bit versions, you will need to grab the source and recompile for 64-bit (including any necessary debugging to make things work right).
