I want to know their particulars.
I am not sure if it is a scam or not because...I got this the other day.

i have an old high school friend of mine on facebook and she has developed an app that "takes photos" of people who visit your FB profile....the only thing is it has a limit of up to 20 and it's over a week long duration so you can see the obvious tracker bug with that app....but it does work! i don't see people visiting my FB profile as "stalkers", i see visits as "hits" like on a personal web page....kinda....plus my FB profile visitors always give me compliments on my daily FB posts....so to each his own right? anyway! i've put in a request to see if she'll allow me to link her app with this site or if she will and i know she will, okay? so i'll check back with ya guys later! ;D
If you could post a link on that, it would be really interesting to find more information about it.
As rdube said, Facebook doesn't have that option, and I hope it stays that way.
I am not sure if this works, but if you can someone insert a Google Analytics code into your sidebar some how, then you then have some tracking ability. But I haven't done this yet to test out.
A lot of people are asking for that feature but so far Facebook isn't allowing it. There was a "Facebook Stalker" scam a while back where people were claiming an app could show you people stalking your page, but it was a scam. I covered that story here:
You'll also find that you may be able to get stats like the number of visitors if you set up some counters right, but you can't identify people who visit your page.
