How can I delete pictures that were pre-installed on my iPad?

I’m a confused 71 year old and the iPad has increased the confusion level. They installed 1,300 photos in my iPad before I bought it. Why, I’ve no idea. Now I’ve been told in a message my space is limited and I should delete some photos. How do I delete these pre-installed pictures?

    Hello, you could try the following:

    -- navigate to Photos
    -- click the upper right icon arrow next to Slideshow
    -- select pictures you want to delete
    -- click on delete

    how to remove photos

    you should be able to do that by connecting your ipad to pc via itunes
    1 Connect iPad in your laptop or computer with the USB connector wire. Start iTunes in case it does not start immediately.

    step:2 Select your own iPad within “Devices” inside the iTunes menus, after that choose that “Photos” tabs in the primary iTunes windows.step:3 Unselect the 1st option, “Sync pictures out of. ” Click on that “Remove Photos” button inside the windows that will pops up.

    step:4 Click on “Apply” inside the bottom level right corner, after that look forward to that iPod to sync.

    step:5 Remove that ipad device from the laptop or computer.

    step:6 Disconnect ipad
