First select all the material from pdf file. Copy it and past it to a blank MS Word file. Select the required picture and delete it. Convert the MS Word file back to pdf file.
PdfJumbler
A simple tool to rearrange/merge/delete pages from PDF files. The modular backend system uses either JPedal or JPod to display PDFs and iText or Apache PDFBox to save them http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfjumbler/
Download PDFCreator from SourceForge. It installs as a printer. It lets you create PDFs from any application by selecting PDFCreator as your “printer.” To delete pages from an existing PDF, open the PDF in Adobe Reader and print to PDFCreator the pages you don’t want to delete. http://sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/
