I would like to delete or deactivate my old free web-based Juno eMail account, but I cannot find a way to do that. I would be content to simply change my password to make it more secure, but I can’t find a way to do that either.
I’ve already tried poking through every obscure corner of the Juno site. I can’t find a way to contact Juno either, at least not via a method that Juno will respond to.
I’ve already searched the internet for the answer, and the only answers I find refer to deleting the Juno installation from a PC, not the web-based account.
With the increase in fraud associated with hacked eMail accounts I would think entities like Juno would want to decrease their liability by making it easier to control these details, but instead they seem to go out of their way to make it difficult or impossible.
Does anyone have an answer?
