Is there a way to copy a YouTube video from a channel to your account?

Is there a way to copy a video from a channel or account to my account? The video does not have any copyright and I want to copy the video to my account without download, then covert and then again upload. All this does is waste my bandwidth. Is there an online service to do so?

Also is it possible to merge two video online from same or different channel and then save the output in my account?

If you just want to feature the video on your channel,
Create a playlist and add videos from other channel.

Now you can feature that playlist, so the videos are on now your channel without violating any copyrights and wasting your bandwidth.

You can add those videos to a playlist, to play one after another, so you do not have to download or merge them etc.

I don't know if about such service, but if something like that exist, it may take more time than downloading both the videos and merging them offline.

        You can't get everything.

Creating a playlist is the simplest and fastest way to feature the video on your channel according to me.

You can carefully choose video channel as your source to avoid this.

Or if a video is removed, you can replace it by an existing duplicate upload, by searching on Youtube and adding it to playlist.
