How can I consolidate thousands of emails into a text document or into an ebook?

Holly July 8, 2011

I have been saving all of my emails from someone very important to me in folders. There are over 7,000. My question, is there an app or software that will enable me to consolidate the emails into a text doc. Or even better, somehow into a readable journal or book?

    Convert PST Emails to PDF

    Document Exporter
    Download and install PDFCreator. Set
PDFCreator to be your default printer.
Create an Outlook rule that matches the messages which you would like to
    save in PDF format.
In the "What do you want to do with the message?" step check the "perform a
    custom action" option.
Click on "a custom action" in the "Rule Description" window.
Select "MessageSave" in the "Choose an action to be performed" drop-down
    Click on the "Change..." button.
Select "Save Messages" options. Be sure to check the "Print" option. This is
the option that saves your message to PDF file.
Click the "OK" button to save the rule options.
Click the "OK" button in the "Select Custom Action" window.
Finish creating the rule as usual.

You could use Acrobat Professional to create PDF Libraries directly out of Outlook.
It's a very convenient way to backup your mails because the PDF Library will include each email as a separate PDF and enable you to view them individually while searching can be done through all of them.
