How can I change the language of customer care in Tata Docomo?

    dial 121, wait until all the announcements are completed, then press 1 and wait again for the announcements to be completed and then press 4. Just after that you will be prompted to choose your preferred language.

    You can use Google Translate (just paste the URL in the box and chose a language to convert to) to convert the static webpage into another language (won't work on the flash objects), though if it's a live support Representative you'll have to manually copy and paste what they say into the translator.

      yep, that's exactly what I would do as well. Google Translate works pretty much every time for me.
