Can you recommend me a laptop in India between 20,000 and 23,000 Rs?

Mahantesh Gurav November 7, 2012

I want to buy a laptop on which I wish to run my web development applications like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, jquery and so on efficiently. Can you recommend me a laptop for the job? The price I can afford is 20,000 to 23,000 Rs.

Thank You

    Asus X54C-SX365D - Rs. 22138/- (Flipkart)

You need to install windows separately. In this budget, you need to look at laptops which comes with no OS(free DOS) or linux based as it will reduce burden on having you to bear cost of original windows OS.

Never buy laptops from websites like flipkart or snapdeal as you will then loose out on the price point. Just use them to get a pricepoint idea, then walking to the nearest authorized retail dealer of the brand and hard bargain on the pricing. You would always walk out with a better price deal. I usually do that for my friends and relatives. :) Just a tip.

I shall not recommend HCL at all, though you will get it within the price range defined. They are heavy and cluggy. Look into HP Compaq range and Samsung range. You will get some decent specs there within that price range.

Forgot to mention, also check out Toshiba and Acer, they have some pretty decent laptops in that price range.
