Can you recommend a good stock inventory software?

I need some recommendation on inventory software. Just want a basic one to record the stock I have received and sent out.

Of course I need some reports too for my month end checking. If I can specify the location where I store my items will be great. We normally store our inventory on the racking. Sometimes we cannot locate the things and wasted a lot of time to search.

Hope I can get some good advice here. Thank you.

You can check out Chronos eStockCard inventory software. It's a very simple inventory system which can help you to do the tasks that you mentioned here. You can use the IN screen for storing and OUT for recording outgoing stock. You can also assign the location to store the items, next time you can just refer to the system to locate your items easily. Thanks.

The things you described, I would probably use Microsoft Excel for it. Simple and User friendly and least learning curve with good reporting via Pivot Table.

Would have extensively used the forms, pivot table and macro programming to customize as per the requirement.

Check out inFlow. I have talked to a few small business owners in the area who use it and absolutely love it, though I haven't used it myself (I have no need for any kind of inventory tracking).
