I run Windows 7 on a desktop and I wanted to use two QB-570 label printers so I do not have to constantly change the labels (I am lazy). Can it be done?
Try a switchable USB hub.
Now I did not think about that. Hmmmm now I need to find out what the bleep that is.
Ok I am still lost. I thought I bought one. 45.00 and now I after 8 hours I still have no clue.
Sure. Just install the printers as number 1 and number 2.
I went one step further I bought a Brother ql570 and a Brother Ql700 and Now I can't get either to work. I am so stressed. Why can I be a computer guru like the rest.
you should be able but windows will assign one printer as primary, so if you want to print from the other you have to change in the print option.
How to Install Multiple Printers on One Computer
This may be the case, but not necessarily so. It's usually easy to add as many different printers as you like, but with identical printers, particularly "odd" ones that have custom drivers, there can be limitations. I've come a cropper with that a couple of times and have been very cautious about making assumptions since then!
I have connected multiple printers of the same model to one PC but can only print from one of the machines.
Kimberly, this is a very unusual (and interesting!) question! I think you have a higher chance of getting a reliable answer by contacting Brother tech support directly. Simply google "brother supoprt" and follow the link.
The hold time was to long and I knew I would get more creative answers here.
