Remote access apps may allow you to use the voice input from your Android device in order type into documents on your computer. Unified Remote should work: Others may be GPP Remote Viewer, SplashTop, Team Viewer, etc.

Thank you. I read your answer carefully and noted it's contents. Please tell , is there a Chrome Plugin for Google Voice mic to be enabled on any dialog box on web, say for example in this "Make a Comment" / "Add an Answer" comment box?

There are keyboard shortcuts to allow voice input into text boxes within the browser, abd this function does not require any extra plugins. More information here:

There are a few plugins for Chrome that can be used, as well.
      Oweb Voice Input plugin:

      Voice Recognition plugin:

A supposed website that allows voice input into Chrome can be found here:

Note: I have not tried any of these options in Chrome or the Chromium variant that I have installed as I have had issues when using them.

Thanks. Please note that the google page is for shortcuts when mic icon is in web boxes. But query is how to get mic icon in webboxes? and not any mic icon but Google's own Voice-to-Text ( as in Android keyboard )

Reason is that Google voice to text is accurate and can be relatively relied for transliteration than dotcoms having chrome plugins for voice to text mic icons enabling on web boxes
