Where can I recycle computer parts for money in Michigan? Old desktop PCs and non operating laptops, power cords…

I can't give you any names or places but as a private person it's hardly worth the effort going into scrap recycling of electronics. Even if you gathered stuff from your entire family you'll mostly end up paying more for shipping (or gas) than you'll get for the electronics. It's a business that only makes sense if you are recycling truck loads at a time.

Your best bet of making "some" money out of it is to identify what is working and what isn't and start selling it (with appropriate description and state) on the internet.

Private sales (person to person) e.g. on eBay or forums will generally produce more profit than selling it to a company.
