I personally use TrueCrypt. If you have sensitive files or if you are crazy about privacy, I think you should consider using TrueCrypt instead. It can be difficult at first but once you get the hang of it, you can be sure your files are secured. Here is an easy reference to TrueCypt:
I would use TrueCrypt. The trouble with it is, if you are at a library, or anywhere else, You can't use that stick unless the software is also installed on their computers.

True. But I have the portable version in GDrive , so I just download and extract it.
