My Seagate 4tb Hard drive works on my computer but not on my LG TV and Media player. Can I fix that?
I have formated the new hard drive to the same format that is on another hard drive that does work in my comp TV and Media player. Any tips?

Check your user manuals to see if there's a limit on the size of drive your TV & media player support. Some will only go up to 2TB.

Oron J - I'm having the same issue. Do you know of a media player that will work with a 4TB hard drive? You said "some will only go up to 2TB", so I'm hoping you know of one that would work with the 4TB :)
Thank you!

There are plenty of models that support 4TB (most new models will do, in fact). For example, http://www.atlastsolutions.com/4tb-full-3d-hd-media-player-1080p-hdmi-v1-4-mp4-avchd-android-hdmi-cable-3dfhdl-4tb/ and http://www.amazon.co.uk/FANTEC-3DAluPlay-Media-Player-4TB/dp/B00A996NJY.
Of course, evey media player has its own features and you'll be looking for some specific features (size, formats playable, remote control options...) so it's best to have a look around and find what you are looking for, and once you do, double check that it is, in fact, compatible with drives bigger than 2TB.
check your LG manual and perhaps the hard drive size 4tb is not the recommended one maybe works with 1tb?
