First things first - replace Microsoft Security Essentials! Unfortunately, this product is no longer as effective as it should be. Most other good AntiVirus programs will remove this trojan effectively. I can personally recommend Avast Panda, and Avira (the free versions) though there are many other products that are as effective.
Once you have replaced your AV and removed the trojan, install a separate antimalware program such as MalwareBytes AntiMalware Free (from malwarebytes.org, watch out for fake sites!), or SuperAntiSpyware and scan your drive again for any vestiges of the virus.
