How to connect to fuze meeting from Skype? I would like to connect from Skype app itself, not from the Skype option in Fuse Meeting.

Free calls are allowed only when both parties use same app like for example,Viber.So,Google Hangouts users can call for free if both parties use Hangouts.
I didn't get your (c) part.Kindly explain it properly.

Thanks. a) Your link mentions of toll free call through skype as "free" , but the fuzemeeting's number which is of usa and toll free , asks for Skype credit!
b) Regarding Google hangouts , please note that comment implies "not" app to app but number dialing feature of Google hangout which is free to USA. The comment further asks for same " free number dialing" through hangouts android app? and alternatives for free USA calling ( to USA toll free nos. ) through android?
c) The fuzemeeting webinar has feature of joining meeting through Skype. This , I understand from your earlier 'pdf' link is by adding a "contact of Fuzemeeting" in Skype. Can you specify the contact handle name to join fuzemeeting through skype?

The thing which you're thinking for Google hangouts is not correct.Actually,you can call any number using Google Voice.
Regarding Fuze,I'm sorry but I can't get much more help from the web.You can have a look at some of the help links below -

Please tell , whether the fuze meeting number +12014794595 can be dialled , as it asked for credit on dialing through skype
b) If not , then is any other android app be used to call this number for free? ( hangouts supports isd dialing on mobile also or only on pc! .. any other app if not hangout)
c) Is there a contact to be added alternatively to skype , like Fuzemeeting? I added fuzmeeting official bridge app , but calling to contact from skype returned busy error
