How to ensure genuinity of gadgets while buying online? How can I be sure that the item from seller is genuine, not used, manufactured by company as name of company mentioned on the gadget (not fake, cheap, bad quality) and it is valid to receive invoice/bill from sellers online for warranty?

The bottom line is that you can never be 100% sure.

Dear, i agree that the material world is not 100% perfect

We were all devotees in the spiritual world serving the Lord with Love. But due to rebellion against Lord , we fell to the material world which is full of miseries. If we re-estabilish our position as loving devotees of the Lord we can qualify ourselves to get our orignal position in the spiritual world where the material miseries do not exist. - Realization compiled from 'Gita As It Is' -- http://www.joincourse.com

Look at the stores reputation. For example most price comparison sites allow people to evaluate the shops listed. Otherwise just Google the shops name and see if something good/bad comes up
