What is the preferred backup option for Exchange 2007 SP2 running on Windows 2008 Server?

I like to work with exchange server, but one day something happened with my data. That day I was lucky and rapidly found out a probable solution, which might be suitable for this situation.

I work with Server 2008 on a daily basis and agree with Mike. Symantec Backup Exec is probably the best route. It is easy to install and use, and has many options for different situations.

I haven't tried Server 2008 yet but I always had good experience using Symantec Backup Exec.

FYI German Technet Blogger Daniel Melanchthon wrote that "Windows Server Backup" (replacement for ntbackup) has changed in Server 2008 and is no longer suitable (although capable) for Exchange Backup.
