I’m using a permanently installed SD card for Readyboost and whenever I resume from sleep or hibernate, autoplay pops up for this drive. How do I disable this autoplay pop up?
(I know how to disable generally, but I only want to disable it for this drive.)

There is one trick I used for USB drives, which involves putting a blank-read only file named autorun.inf inside the drive. Give it a try

1- create a blank text file
    2- rename it to autorun.inf
3- copy the file to the SD card
