Has Apple acknowledged the problems with the latest iTunes update?

Having updated, as always, to the latest iteration of iTunes, I now find that my iPod no longer syncs. It verifies for a long time, then does nothing. Sometimes iTunes freezes, as does the iPod, which now seems to take a very long time to do anything!

    Iphone has replied to the problem as user handling mistake and not holding the phone is the right position. Steve made a clear statement they will be no recalls and there is no manufacturing defect. The users and buyers are just hoping that a fix might come up but there is no assurance for that.
