Can you give a little more detail about what you're looking for? In the UK, BT offer something called "BT Fon" where subscribers to BT Internet can access the internet via any BT WiFi router using their logon details (no special app required). Is it this sort of thing you're after, or have I misunderstood?

you understood very nicely. Please note that i am looking for free wifi hotspot listing with location of free spots on a map. The data listed can be either user outsourced or provided by the app itself. Similar to how For windows phone 8 wifi option shows find nearby hot spots. it should be direct wifi connect and play , like connecting to free router. the listing should be genuine and working and not but not false hot spots which do not connect for free.
