Can you recommend an Android app which can toggle 2G/3G data in 2nd SIM in ‘Dual-SIM’ device?
All apps in Google toggle 2G/3G in 1st SIM in ‘DUAL-SIM’ device.

i think there is no android application that can do what you want because it is specialized application not a one can deal with all dual sim android devices, or i am wrong?
