I have tried EVERY dock out there. Rocket Dock etc etc.
But, I ended up using one called XWindows Dock (http://xwdock.aqua-soft.org/)
This dock is by far the best once you get it set up. You need to look through the themes page on the site to find the Mac themed dock but it is pretty easy from there. Just drag apps to the dock and rearrange them. Then you can change the icon to each app etc. it's a fantastic app. The only problem is that there is no magnification. But you get used to it. Trust me, I have tried them all and this s the best ;)
Used Object Dock and found it very good, but got fed up with the clutter on a laptop screen, so installed Ubuntu instead.
Winstep Nexus Dock

You can make an Dock that looks like a Mac with ObjectDock.
People were wondering if I had Windows 8 or OSX installed.
