try this - i hope this may help you a bit.
    >windows logo-r
    >then in run dialog
    >type gpedit.msc
    >under Computer configuration
    >click Administrative template (left side)
    >Then in the opened box at right side
    >double-click Network option
    >double-click QoS Packet Scheduler
    >double-click reservable bandwidth
    >then a new window pops
    >enable it and set the 20% box to 0%

in this way you can make your connection 20% fast.

You must install Firefox and Google chrome in your system.Try out both the browsers and see which works best among them.

You must also install extensions that blocks scripts, ads etc. in your browser. They take much time to load. Both the above mentioned browsers have these extensions in their addons store.Keep the number of extensions to bare minimum which you will use the most as they also take up RAM.

Download videos(if possible) rather than watching it online to save frustration and prevent failing the video to load.
