Is it possible to access an Android phone with TeamViewer?

I’ve been successfully using my Android phone’s TeamViewer application to access my laptop remotely. However, I’m not able to connect my laptop’s TeamViewer version to my Android’s phone client? Is it even possible? If yes how?

    Ok here's to solve ur problem..just untick wallpaper and upd..before u do this just re install all apps...on ur androids Moble and ur pcstuff..problem might be solved....!!

    I mark this question resolved because I found another application with which I can remotel control my android phone and do file transfer too : Webkey :)

    TeamViewer has now an app for android mobiles

      can you remote control android mobile  from windows (not remote control windows with android) with teamviewer. Any link for the application.

        the question was that only on the first place. I asked why am I not able to control my android phone with teamviewer windows app. even though I've teamviewer already installed on my phone :)

        ok I found an application with which you can remotely control your android. Its Webkey. There is an option to upload files to our fone too havent tried it yet. But it sure looks promising :D

        PS : yup file transfer works :)

        Oh thanks but it uses wifi I wanted file transfer remotely like we do in team viewer
