I have purchased a new Android One Spice mobile with Kitkat. I want to know how to install apps in my phone.

I can check internet through Chrome and it is working fine, but when loading apps it goes on downloading/installing status for several days and tehn fails.

Also, I want to know the following few things about it:

  1. How to make video call through it?
  2. How to record audio / voice conversation etc?
  3. How to view my files and folders from memory?
  4. How to send a telephone no to rejection list?

I think that you might be facing some network issues or something else.You can try clearing cache and data of Play Store app by going to Settings --> Apps-->Google Play Store,tap on Clear data and Clear cache.Then you might be asked to log in to your google account,which you must do.To make video calls,you can use Skype,Viber apps.Recording audio cn b done by the Smart Voice Recorder app.Also,you'll have to purchase SD card so as to use camera app.
