I was trying to download apps through my PC at the Android market.
I followed the instructions here: https://www.makeuseof.com/answers/transfer-android-app-pc-phone-wifi/
Nothing happens.
For example, i'm trying to download Touch. It says on the site that app is already "installed" but it isn't in my phone.

The Market keeps track of the purchases you have made through it.. When an upgrade is requested, the Market validates that the original was purchased. It can't upgrade something it doesn't know you have. did you enabled unknown sources in application settingshttp://maketecheasier.com/install-applications-without-the-market/2011/01/28also perhaps the application is not compatible with your android?
