Amazon is preparing a new Prime Day event this October, ranging for another 48 hours on October 11th and 12th.Once more, we'll see deals spanning all product categories on Amazon, with some items being available at the lowest prices we've ever seen on the site. Let's go over what you need to know.

When Is the Fall Prime Day?

This new Prime Day event, dubbed the "Prime Fall Deal Event," is meant to kick off the holiday sales. With Black Friday and Cyber Monday in November and then the Christmas season throughout December, it's nice to have another massive sale event before Halloween.

The fall Prime Day kicks off at 12AM PDT on October 11th, and runs through October 12th.

Where Will This Second Prime Day Be Available?

The second Prime Day of 2022 will be available in 15 countries: Austria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

What Deals Can We Expect on Prime Day?

Ahead of the fall Prime Day, Amazon has announced that it will be running deals from numerous top brands. While no specific numbers have been mentioned thus far, we can mention iRobot, Shark, Fisher-Price, Disney, Hasbro, National Geographic, Amazon Basic, and more will be represented.

The only early deals we already know of come from Amazon itself. In order to get more people to sign up for Prime, the Prime membership comes with a bunch of extra perks.

How to Find Out About Prime Day Deals

Prime Day deals are only available for Prime members. Prime members can also set up personalized deal notifications from their accounts. If you go into the Prime Eary Access Sale event page on the web or the Amazon app, you can choose to get alert notifications for items you've recently searched for or viewed.

Alternatively, start throwing products you want into a wish list, into your cart, or in the Save for Later list. Alexa can send you a notification up to 24 hours before a deal goes live.
