I just found this great tool on MakeUseOf called FeedPlayBack. It allows you to systematically read old blog archives.
Sadly, the site doesn't go further as 2011, though the blog I want to replay, starts in 2007.
Even me changing the date manually on their site does not work.
Does anyone know a free alternative to FeedPlayBack?
Thanks in advance.

With Google Reader, users can access older RSS entries. Unfortunately, it's a hidden feature and takes a few steps to use.I went ahead and checked - all of my subscriptions go back to the very first available entry for that particular feed's URL. However, if the website you're following has changed its RSS URL, there's a possibility the archive may only go as far back as the change in address.www.google.com/readerReader continues to evolve its interface - as of last year it has changed how users access its archival feature. As of 2012, to access older articles, try the following steps:1. Go to the Reader interface at Google.com/reader. If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one. Don't worry, this is free.2. Once at the Reader interface, add a feed using the "Subscribe" link at the upper left-hand side of the Reader interface.3. Click on the newly added RSS feed, which should show up in the left-hand subscription column.4. Basically, click on "View all items": it will provide a scrollable listing of older RSS entries. They automatically fill in as you scroll down. http://i.imgur.com/QQB8t.pngHope that's what you were looking for. Good luck!
