Airthings, a manufacturer of indoor air quality and radon monitors, recently announced its latest line of products at CES 2022.

If you're serious about avoiding illnesses related to air quality, here are all the products Airthings recently announced for its new View line that might work for you.

Airthings Announces Its View Line

Used by homeowners and businesses alike, Airthings makes a move to focus on monitoring solutions indoors with three new products—View Pollution, View Radon, and View Plus. As introduced in a post on the Airthings Newsroom.

In line with its thermostat-like appearance, the three new monitors are mountable, white, and pill-like in shape. In addition, all View devices are battery-powered, so you won't have to worry about power outages.

To operate your Airthings View device, you can wirelessly connect your phone to the Airthings Wave app on your smartphone or the online dashboard. Here's how to know which Airthings View model could be right for you.

View Plus

While the View Plus was already announced earlier in 2021, it joins the list of models that Airthings highlighted at CES 2022.

Best for users willing to shell out a little more to cover all their bases, View Plus covers all the major concerns of air quality for indoor space. Priced at $299, and available to order now, it's the most expensive model in the lineup.

An all-in-one monitor with a two-year battery life, the View Plus tracks everything you could ever need—radon, carbon dioxide, pollution, wildfire smoke, viruses, allergens, and more.

Using particulate matter monitoring, the Airthings View Plus can watch out for particular matter as small as PM1 to PM2.5. With this, the View Plus can cover the size of everything from bacteria, pet dander, to dust mites.

Depending on if you're looking to invest for your home or business, the main difference is that View Plus designed for commercial use also includes features such as noise and light sensors, occupancy data, and a Virus Risk indicator.

View Pollution

Designed primarily to monitor indoor pollution, View Pollution is the first product that Airthings released which is dedicated to measuring particulate matter.

Best for people who live in cities, near construction activities, busy roads, wildfire-prone areas, or other places that are prone to airborne chemicals, the View Pollution is priced at $199. You can pre-order it sometime this spring.

The Airthings View Pollution tracks particle sizes that range from 1 to 2.5 microns in diameter. Alongside tracking temperature and humidity, these particle sizes are known to cause the most direct risk to health. It offers a battery life of up to two years of use.

View Radon

Best for users who have basements, cellars, and living spaces in contact with the ground, View Radon helps protect users at risk of uranium decay, which can get trapped in the walls of homes.

Because radon gas is inert, colorless, and odorless, the Airthings Radon monitor is a great investment for people whose homes are prone to radon buildup. The monitor features up to a three-year battery life.

Along with tracking radon, the monitor will show your humidity level and temperature. View Radon will retail for $199 when it hits the market. It will be available to pre-order in the spring.
