Acer kicked off its CES 2021 announcements with three tidy-looking gaming monitors for their Predator and Nitro brands, one of which has some very interesting specs.

As you expect from Acer, the new monitors look sublime, offer excellent colors, and come with fast refresh rates for gamers.

Acer Predator XB273U NX

Acer's new Predator XB273U NX is a 27" WQHD (2560x1440) gaming monitor with a whopping 275Hz refresh rate and 0.5ms response time, which will allow any gamer to experience exceptional frame rates.

The Predator XB273U NX package supports "95 percent of the DCI-P3 spectrum," which translates to the colors in its HDR mode looking better than ever (think brighter colors and darker darks).

It also supports Nvidia G-Sync, Nvidia's new Reflex Latency Analyzer (measures just how fast your screen updates after a movement or mouse click), as well as Acer's Agile-Splendor IPS tech for perfect vision from any viewing angle.

When the Acer Predator XB273U NX launches in May 2021, it'll set you back $1,100.

Acer Nitro XV282K KV

Of Acer's three new gaming monitors, the Nitro XV282K KV is one of the most interesting. It's a 4K UHD (3840x2160) IPS panel with a massive 100,000,000:1 contrast ratio, which, when working in combination with the 144Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time, should deliver some quite outstanding gaming experiences.

The XV282K KV stands out for other reasons, too. It comes with support for HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort, multiple USB ports, and supports 90 percent of the DCI-P3 spectrum. It'll also feature Acer's Agile-Splendor IPS tech, AMD FreeSync Premium, and Acer Vision Care 3.0 (although the latest version is 4.0, but no word on why the new monitor uses the older version).

The Acer Nitro XV282K KV will hit the market in May 2021, with a launch price of $900.

Acer Predator XB323QK NV

Acer's third new gaming monitor is the Predator XB323QK NV, a 31.5" UHD (3840x2160) model with an excellent 144Hz refresh rate, DisplayHDR 400 certification, and Acer's Agile Splendor IPS tech. You'll also find two HDMI ports, one DisplayPort, and multiple USB ports.

As with Acer's other new gaming monitors, the combination of tech in the Predator XB323QK NV will deliver super-fast frame rates and look spectacular while doing it.

The Acer Predator XB323QK NV will set you back $1,200 when the monitor launches in May 2021.

As with most companies displaying technology at this all-digital version of CES 2021, you can expect further Acer hardware launches as the event continues.
