Perhaps I'm missing something here, but can't you just make a new blog post, paste that text in, and submit that as the proof URL? I think that's all they want you to do, you know. You can delete the post afterwards.

Hi Rishi,Open up any text editor and create a text file with the text they want you to have. Save that file as "owner.txt". Then upload this file to the root of your website and reapply using the URLwebsite.com/owner.txt Replace "website.com" with your website URL. This URL must point to this text file to prove you own the website.
