I installed Windows XP on a virtual hard disk using Virtual Box in Windows 7. I placed Dev C++ in the shared folders option in Virtual Box, but how can I access that in Windows XP? I mean where can I find that (DEV-CPP) in Windows XP?

Let me see if I understand you. Your guest is Windows XP and your host is Windows 7. You installed Dev-CPP on the host (Windows 7) and want to access your projects (developed in dev-cpp) on the guest OS (Windows XP)? If you've already added the share from the Host to the directory of your projects, simply

find the share in the guest OS. Make sure you've set the share to automount.
