I have been using OfficeCalendar online and Tungle.me to manage my client's Outlook calendar, but this is time consuming because they don't always sync properly. Is there another way I can do this without spending a lot?

Hello, Do you have outlook installed in your computer? What version of outlook do you have?  What version does your client have?  You could probably use the Microsoft Office Outlook Calendar Sharing Service.  The following link, explains how to use with the 2007 version:http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/introduction-to-internet-calendars-HA010039830.aspxhttp://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/share-an-outlook-calendar-with-other-people-HA010354420.aspxhttp://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/publish-a-calendar-on-office-online-HA010080983.aspxhttp://blog.jonudell.net/2008/05/23/free-online-calendar-publishing-part-1-outlook/http://geekswithblogs.net/murraybgordon/archive/2008/09/15/125176.aspx
