    I believe ANY company should tell a user if any Govt or non-govt group wants their data – they have a right to know who else is looking at it.

      Except, I think there’s a law that says the entity from whom info is being requested cannot tell the subject of the request about it.

    Nice pro Apple post. There is an apple fanboy in each blog. This one was so obvious.
    Oh, and that Skype, Verizon, myspace and foursquare no data, very useful.

    So you think myspace does not snoop on users or share their private data? You must be living under a rock. They just settled with the FTC for sever violations of their user privacy sharing private data with third parties without the consent of their users or even warning them about it.

      I think you misinterpret the chart. No stars does not mean no data. It means those companies do not take those actions. So yes, myspace and the others are total failures.
