Thanks for the advice/ information/ warning! We need to stand up for this.
I never knew about changing the angle of my sitting position to 135 degrees. I wonder why the ergonomics experts still tout 90 degrees as the way to go.
I had heard about it before, but it’s kind of hard to do with the regular table and chair design. Hence ergonomics experts promote the 90°s upright because it’s a lot more healthy than slouching in a forward position.
All I saw was blah blah blah…..
AHHHHH, sitting can kill me?!
Everyday of my life I have to take a seat (can’t stand or walk all day).
