NO – i actually know this song! those were the lyrics! it came out in 1998, as sung by a dude simulating calling up asking this EXACT QUESTION over the radio, then the beats kicked in! but i’ve never been able to find out the name of it for this exact reason. if it helps, the notes went something like:
