    That’s why I quit the Call Center a long time ago… I admire this guy on the phone… steel nerves!

    I agree with the yelling guy. I’ve called Comcast 3 times in the last week because they gave me first no modem then a dead modem. The automated thing asks for my phone number. What’s the first thing the human does? He asks for my phone number AGAIN! Why? There has got to be some way for Asterisk or whatever they use to tie that info to the call (or, hell, caller ID exists, why even ask if it’s not a blocked number? the pizza places stopped asking years ago) so that they don’t have to ask it *yet again*.
