With Google’s constantly changing logo, both from within their own initiatives and from the examples above by observers of this logo in motion, you have to wonder if all these logo styles are in breach of the Registered Trademark Act.
This Act governs the use and display of registerd trademarks. Try and mess with a Coke or Pepsi logo and you will find yourself in court.
So if I create a company called Boogle or Doogle and with the odd graphic in place of a letter, what grounds does Google have to sue for trademark infringement when they cannot be consistent themselves. Any body out there with the correct legal determination on this corporate ID meddling.
