    I think he is pluging an USB Thumb Drive. And it’s not easy in Dell, because it has to be plugged to a little angle.

    It’s a Dell Dimension (older version), but you literally have to stand on your head to plug-in a USB connection.  The connection is under that cover and under a ledge angled up and back. IF you set your computer on the floor or lower than your desktop, it’s almost impossible to plug anything into it.
