Facebook is becoming such a huge, complicated website that it's really easy for knowledge about certain things you can do with the site to pass you by completely. Only recently, I realised that photos on your timeline can be repositioned. Until then, I'd thought you were just stuck with the automatic positioning. Is it possible to get any closer to your friends on Facebook? The social network thinks so, as it has gone in for a major redesign of its Friendship page. Friendship pages have existed for quite some time; though you may not have used them that much. You can access it by going to a friend’s profile page and clicking the gear icon to reveal the link that says See Friendship.

Change is hard for me. I find it very difficult to decide on a new brand of socks to wear if an old one I like isn’t available at the store. It’s a long and painful process that usually doesn’t impact anything at all, since most socks feel about the same after a few weeks. Imagine what happened when I saw Facebook’s new Timeline feature. I recently wrote a review of ShoeBox for iPhone, and I have to say it is a cool application for anyone who has a lot of old pictures that they want to bring to the digital age. Basically, ShoeBox allows you to use your iPhone's camera to scan in your old photos, and bring them to the 21st century. Of course, once you scan in the pictures, you can share them via their app and on Facebook.
