The iPhone is often targeted for its lack of features and functionality. When the bullet points are laid out side-by-side Android appears to have a hoard of extras that Apple’s device can’t match. I don’t buy this arguement, however, because it assumes all features are equally important and executed with equal grace. Not all functionality is equally important, and while Android offers many slight tweaks, the iPhone excels where excellence matters.

Whenever I travel, I always make sure that I have some way of charging my iPhone and iPad on the go. Looking for a wall socket to charge up whilst remaining there for the entire duration is not an option in my book. I'm not frugal or thrifty, I'm cheap. My food comes only in yellow and black packaging. My Dad would say that I was "so cheap, he'd skin a fart for the grease." I will stop in the middle of crossing the road to pick up a penny, and we don't even use them in Canada anymore. So when I wanted a holder for my Samsung Whizzbang Z 28 and our office budget didn't really cover that, I got to thinking about using paper instead.

I remember when I was a student, the suspense of waiting to find out what my grades were on report card day was always terrible. I did well in school, but for some reason, the day report cards showed up, I always assumed my teachers would change my grades and make them all terrible. If only I had some kind of smart device filled with applications then I would not have had to worry, because I could have used an application to keep track of my grades.
