Flickr is fun, and ideally, Flickr on the go should be at least as much fun as it is on the desktop. True, you get to use it on a 4″ screen rather than a 24″ one, but that doesn’t mean the experience necessarily has to suffer. Yahoo has now released the Official Flickr Android app, but while it’s official, it’s far from the first (or most established) player on the field.

Lately, everyone is talking about the magical Internet storage place called the cloud. Fiabee is another company putting their name in the hat for your cloud storage needs, and they are updating their service to try and improve their current cloud based offerings. The first major improvement is their Facebook, Flickr and Picasa syncing feature.

Although many people now use Facebook or Google’s Picasa to share and backup photos online, there are still plenty of people who prefer to keep on using Flickr for one reason or another. If you are a regular Flickr user, you might have noticed that there are plenty of tools for downloading photos, however many of them are a little hacky and are not very elegant or easy to use.

There are certain websites you access on almost a daily basis, and you can often find yourself with dozens of tabs open, and have to check each tab in your browser to find your favorites. Due to their popularity, some websites like Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and YouTube can be accessed using third party desktop applications.

We have featured the Flickr Interestingness section in a few popular articles in the past. It is quite obvious that we (as well as our readers) love the feature because it is unique and really smart.
