    I agree, Zillow can be slightly overwhelming. However once you get used to it it's totally worth it.

    Never heard of HomeGain before, i'll have to check them out.

    I use HouseFront (housefront.com) when I'm looking up house values for my clients. Zillow can be confusing to use soemtimes.

    You can also use the original homevaluation tool from Homegain at HomeGain.com
    There are also a large number of home buyer and seller tools in the resource center at HomeGain.
