workout randomizer appOne of the most important ways to stay healthy is with a good workout. It keeps your body active and makes you feel great – once you get through the pain and suffering of the actual workout, of course. Getting motivated when your workouts are boring can be difficult. It can feel like you keep doing the same thing over again because you know it works, but that’s really no fun. Working out everyday to the same few routines can be a real bother.

Well, there is an app that breaks the boring routine of working out. It randomly chooses from a list of exercises, so this way, you never know what workouts you are going to suffer through today, or for how long you are going to do them. Best of all, the workouts featured in this application require no equipment, so you can do them right in the comfort of your home without having to go to the store to purchase expensive exercise equipment.

This app normally costs $0.99, but you can snag it for free for a limited time.

This app is designed to make working out more fun. As such, it is easy to use and it creates a different workout combination every time. According to the app’s creators, there are 23,328,000 different combinations of workouts, time lengths and set amounts. That’s a whole lot of variety, and should be enough to keep your workouts interesting for a long time to come.

To use the app, simply open it and click the “I’m feeling lucky” button. It will spin the wheel and choose three workouts with a random length of time. It will then pop up a set button, which you will need to tap for it to randomly choose the number of sets for your workout. If you’ve booted up the app before, instead of the button saying “I’m feeling lucky” it will say “Spin Again!

Of course, like me, you will probably have no idea how to do many of the workouts listed in the app. Fear not, because you can click the “Exercises” tab on the bottom of the screen to see video demonstrations of each and every workout. Each video is short, and gets right to the point, which is teaching you the moves and letting you get on with your workout.

Besides randomizing exercises, the app also has a couple of cool extras. If you click the “More” tab at the bottom of the screen, you will be able to get some helpful tips to improve your health and fitness. You can see other recommended fitness apps, tips for improving your abs, 100 nutrition tips to help you get in shape, and a bio on Trish, the creator of the app and person demonstrating the exercises in the videos. This information should prove quite useful for helping you to get your fitness levels in order.

The new year is quickly approaching! Maybe you should consider getting into better shape as a resolution. This app can certainly help you accomplish your goals, and best of all, you can snag it from the App Store for free as long as you act quickly. These limited time free apps can dry up at any time, so don’t wait!
