That said, you can right click on Windows' Recycle Bin and choose "Properties", then, choose "Configure Drives Independently", then choose the tab for your Ext2/Ext3 drives, and activate the check box next to "Don't move files to Recycle Bin, remove them immediately.". That should be it.
