I am excited to have Mark, as not only is he a professional writer but also one of those who is at the core of what we know as user-generated content. We all love Wikipedia and yet only very small amount of users bother to expand, correct or question authenticity of specific facts or articles. He is also our long time reader and stumbler. Mark is planning to start of with some of his favorite apps.

I thought I would drop you nice guys a line, I love to write, right now although my life is in extreme something. When I decide exactly what that something is, I will let you know. Some of the things that I am experiencing are my older kids are either in the process of hitting the road, or trying to figure out, how to not let the road hit you back.
I have also been pluging away in Real Estate Classes, I just got the results back today, after the second time I am taking the course (in different places). I managed to get a 64, it is still not a passing grade. I need a 70 to be able to go for the State Test. I have one oppourtunity to take the test over, of course I will read more, and pass this time. (I hope), I love to write, but right now there is more a need for me, to get a grip on my fiances.
I recently had my husband put an offer in a piece of propety that I think would be nice to live in. It’s one state over from New York. My husband likes the house, but is not into the commute, especially since the GWB can be time consuming. So, we have an accepted offer, which makes it worse, and we have invested in a Inspection and have been told about some incredibly high mortages, since we would look to buy the house with equity built up in the home we own presently. We are here for 10 or so years, yep that has been the extent of what has presently been going on.
Did I mention that I am an aspiring writer? As it is now, I am schocked that my spelling actually looks pretty good, sometimes my spelling su–s. If you google, shoprama, and momsacomic you can view some stuff I like to blog about. I hope you will count me in if you ever have anytype of writiing for various subjects. I am a first class know it all authority, I was going to run for a specific audience, but you see my subject knowledability is in many areas, including but not limited to many other subjects that do require totally committed answers and to people that pledge to not be botherd by subliminal b.s. no not base ball stats.
I hope you have enjoyed my nonscesense, even though sometimes nonscesence can be amusing and if you look it up in one of the many questionable medical journals, you will find that a diagnosis of nonscesence has actually saved people from far more serious definitions.
